Caption: The Upper Hutt Embroiderers' Guild is holding its 15th Annual Exhibition at the Community Gallery, starting this Friday. A wide variety of embroidery techniques employed by guild members will be on display, including canvas work, counted thread on evenware, gold work and Hardanger. Much of the work, including cushions, jackets and wallhangings, comes from original designs.
