Description

Seen here at Tony Evan's 21st birthday celebration, Emma Evans, known as Catherine, (c1885-1970) and Edith Shortt (c1888-1964) were the grandmothers of Tony. Tony's parents, Jack and Betty, were married in 1936 and had a family of four boys. They were early and long term residents of the Savage Crescent state housing precinct, living at 5 Mansford Place.
