Queer Nation was a factual series by, for and about lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) New Zealanders. It evolved from Express Report and Out There, two shows screening on TVNZ's regional network, Horizon Pacific Television. Queer Nation launched on TV2 in October 1997, made by company Big Sky Films.
