Issue No 28 October 18, 1956 - The opening of the new wing of the nurses' home at Cook Hospital this month marked the completion of Gisborne's biggest building project in recent years. It provides accommodation of almost luxury standard for 64 young women. Pictured on cover with the building in the background is Nurse Marie McCoy, Further pix, pages 12 to 15.
