Description

At the homestead--at the time occupied by Maina Alehana (daughter of the eldest son) of Iona and Peta--six piles of mature coconuts are laid out for sections of the kaiga (extended family of the ancestral couple) in front of house. Note also, the column of coconuts and the fata (bench) on which dishes and pans are kept.
