Description

A colour image was printed in the Upper Hutt Leader on 23/2/2000. The notes were issued for collectors late in 1999, and were to be in general circulation by June 2000. One side featured a waka, computer technology items, Mount Cook, Māori art, pāua and a satellite dish; the other side showed parachuting, skiing, surfing, canoeing and a beach scene, with a hammerhead shark and koru in the background.
