Description

A colour image was printed in the Upper Hutt Leader on 6/2/2002. The October 27, 1981 'leader' printed a picture of Lance Gandy looking at Regional Council waste land at McLeod Park; a new BMX track there was being proposed. A meeting to formally form a club would be held on the Thursday. The city council had approved Bob McIlvride's suggestion.
