Description

In 1986 the business had been extended with a 'conservatory', to allow eating in. The greyscale image in the 'Leader' March 25, 1986 had converging verticals; this image has been adjusted. In December 1990 Gerald Ram, formerly of the Lower Hutt Homestead Chicken branch, took over the Homestead building, which had been damaged by a fire.
