Description

Advances the notion that the full potential of the alpaca as a productive farm animal has not yet been reached. Promotes the use of alpaca meat as a healthy alternative to beef and lamb and provides comparative meat nutritional values. Explains the laws of home-killing. Informs that there are only two abattoirs licenced to slaughter them in the country and urges farmers to try and negotiate deals with them.
