A copy of a black and white photograph taken of part of a parade of vintage cars used to celebrate the launch of the local history book 'Mataura: City of the Falls', 1991. The book, written by members of the Mataura & Districts Historical Society, is a valuable source of local history (including pictorial images) from pre-European times up until the 1990s; and is referred to many times when describing our items on e-Hive.
