Prize card; First prize awarded to Mrs. W. Muir by the Mataura Horticultural and Industrial Exhibit Society at its 1919 Annual Show for her Raspberry Jam. The Mataura Horticultural and Industrial Exhibit Society was one of the most active clubs in Mataura for over a century. It ran from December 1891 until 2001. The Society's annual show increased in size and scope each year until the Society was able to build its own Hall in 1905
