Photograph; a black and white photograph of Joe Dunstan on his retirement from the Mataura Paper Mill in 1981. Jeff Rankin (the Mill's personnel manager) is presenting Joe with a gift on behalf of management. Joe worked at the Paper Mill for over 35 years. The largest part of his career involved shift work in the stock preparation room, preparing the pulp for the No. 3 paper machine. Joe's daughter Adrienne McAllister recalls that their family could always tell what type of paper the Mill was...
