On 31 March 2004, the Board of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority (NZHEA) approved the Export Marketing Strategy (EMS) for the New Zealand Kiwifruit Product Group to Australia Inc. This EMS is effective from 4 April 2004.Under the terms of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987, any company or individual wishing to export kiwifruit from New Zealand to Australia after this date must hold a valid NZHEA licence and comply with the terms of the EMS....
