Pursuant to section 24(1) of the Building Act 2004 ("the Act"), I give notice of an amendment to the compliance document for New Zealand Building Code clause F3 Hazardous Substances and Processes ("Compliance Document F3"). Compliance Document F3 will be amended by revoking Acceptable Solution F3/AS1 and replacing it with a Verification Method. The amendment to Compliance Document F3 comes into force on 22 March 2007.
