Pursuant to section 156A (1) of the Education Act 1989,I hereby declare that Oreti Plains Primary School (3996) and Drummond Primary School (3944), Southland, will merge on 15 April 2002 as a full primary school.Oreti Plains School will be the continuing school.Dated at Wellington this 19th day of January 2002.TREVOR MALLARD, Minister of Education.
