Images show scenes of Para Matchitt with his daughters at home in Hamilton, taken in 1963 by Ans Westra. Unless otherwise stated all persons are unidentified. Images show Maori artist Matchitt sculpting stone on the porch of his house, while a daughter looks on. Inside examples of Matchitt's carving or whakairo are visible on the wall and on the mantlepiece. Two larger figures stand against the wall.
