Description

Food poisoning is mainly caused by pathogenic microorganisms and is now a severe problem worldwide. Therefore, rapid and sensitive methods are required to detect foodborne pathogens. A locally isolated bacterium, Bacillus licheniformis B38 was selected for this study.
