Found in a collection of local-election photographs for 2001, Most of them were printed on October 3; but the Energy Trust election was later. There were three Upper Hutt contestants for a place: Jeff Berkett, current chairman, opposed to winding up the trust; John Gwilliam, of the wind-up/payout team, and Susan Galea, independent; all three had their pictures and 250 words in the October 17 'Leader'.
