Description

figure; bronze cast; figure depicts an owl sitting on a branch; the owl and the branch are cast from two separate pieces and interlock with a pin and hole in each of the owl's legs into its claws that are connected to the branch; the owl's head is cocked to one side and its right wing is beginning to outstretch; the branch is sprouting from a tree stump with three removed branches and is arched over so that its end touched the surface it figure is resting on;
