Japanese Naval Flag; rectangular shape; white background with red circler and 'sun rays' stretching out from circle to edges; constructed of fabric that has a double hem around three edges and a pole sleeve on the fourth edge; the pole sleeve has a piece of sash cord through it measuring 11901 Japanese rising sun on white silk
