Description

Maligns the 500-year-old Reinheitsgebot, the (Bavarian or German) Purity Law which decreed in 1516 that 'the only ingredients for the brewing of beer must be barley, hops and water'. Elaborates on why he feels the law is overhyped, misunderstood and of no relevance to a properly broad view of beer.
