Description

The annual race meeting of 1907. The Ashhurst-Pohangina Racing Club was formed on 1 August 1891 and the first race meeting was held on 29 Dec 1891 on land leased at Otangaki Flat [Ashhurst]. The photograph shows the Steward’s Stand, the Main Stand centre and the Tote at the 1907 annual meeting held on Anniversary Day, 22 January.
