Description

Dorset Horn Shearling Ram, bred by W. R. Flower, West Stafford, Dorchester. . The Dorset Horn breed is on which is most useful in the production of fat lambs, crossbred or otherwise, the ewes being very prolific, heavy milkers, and good mothers. Their ability to breed at almost any season of the year is also a great point in their flavour in the Northern Hemisphere, but is one which hardly applies in New Zealand
