Description

Clare and Graham Flynn, a separated Christchurch couple, are unable to sell their home due to ongoing difficulties with their insurer, Southern Response. Southern Response says the Flynn's claim is one of the more complicated it has dealt with due to the poor land - the claim began as a repair but technical input suggested a better option was to rebuild the home. The insurer hopes to have a rebuild settlement with the couple soon.
