I, Louise Upston, Minister of Corrections, declare, under section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the land described in the Schedule and the buildings on that land to be a community work centre to be known as the Beach Road (Kaikoura) Community Work Centre, and revoke the Community Work Centre (Killarney Street (Kaikoura)) Notice 1999 (SR 1999/227).
