A caricature of Temuera Morrison as the 'Shortland Street' character Dr Hone Ropata, one of the original characters in the long-running series. His head is exaggeratedly large compared to his body. He wears a doctor's white coat and holds a stethoscope. The accompanying line "You're not in Guatemala now, Dr Ropata" proved to be a cult favourite with fans of the series.
