Tourism's impact on the environment is to be studied as part of a United Nations global research project. Asad Mohsin, the Associate Professor and chair of the Department of Marketing at Waikato, says tourism is a growing industry and the project looks at how our resources are able to cope with the growth to ensure they are sustainable for generations to come.
