Pursuant to section 156AI of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”), on 13 June 2017 the Minister for Communications approved the Deed of Open Access Undertakings for Fibre Services submitted by Ultrafast Fibre Limited for approval on 29 May 2017 in accordance with section 156AH of the Act.
