- Description
Copy negative of the cargo ship Kopara on her maiden voyage from Leith. Built in 1938 in Leith by Henry Robb Ltd for Richardson & Co. Ltd., Napier and used for coastal trade from the North Island to the South Island. She was requisitioned by the U.S.Navy during World War II. In 1966 she was sold to Australian owners and renamed Sarang.
