Description

Andrew Forbes of Scotland (left) and Richard Ferguson of Canada (right) lead the Men's Three Mile Race at the 1950 British Empire Games. Behind them is Len Eyre of England (number 11), who won the event. Behind Eyre are George Hoskins, Noel Taylor (number 128) and W H Nelson (129), all of New Zealand. Behind Nelson is Andrew Chivers of England (partially obscured), who came third.
