- Description
Printed in the May 12, 1965 'Leader'. As described, there would be 50 two-storey dwellings. the article said only 20% of the former racing-stables land would be covered by buildings; there would be a gently-curved road through the development. The June 30, 1965 'Leader' printed a picture of two of Tom Parry's trucks ransporting the Bromby homestead from this site to another, a few hundred yards up the street. It probably has not survived; no matching roof is visible in Google Maps.
