All frames show views in Matangireia, the Māori Affairs Committee Room at Parliament (dedicated to the Māori Affairs Committee when Parliament House was completed in 1922). They show patched gang members, including Head Hunters from Rotorua. Matiu Rata is seen in frames 7 to 11. Carvings are seen on the walls, and part of the large panel reproducing the Treaty of Waitangi (frame 2). A portrait of Ereuera Tirikātene is seen in the background (frames 5, 9, and 10 to 11).
