Description

A busy street scene in Tokyo after reconstruction work was carried out after recent earthquakes. Despite the recent shocks which have caused further loss of life in Japan, the work of reconstruction, particularly in Tokyo, is preceeding at a suprising rate, as this photograph of one of the main streets shows. It is in striking contrast to pictures of the same area immediately after the disaster.
