Description

Men of the British destroyer Wishart hauling the aircraft over the spit of land between the lake and the sea. The journey by the airmen was plagued by bad weather and one of the machine's floats was damaged at Centocelle, Rome and the forced landing at Corfu was due to trouble with the gears between engine and the aircrew.
