Description

The surf premiership of Australia contested before a crowd of 10 000 people at Bondi Beach, Sydney New South Wales. This photograph was taken during the march past by 22 teams from different states of Australia, the finest spectacle of the day. The event was won by the Bronte team, which thus maintained an unbroken record for the season. The Surf premiership was won by North Bondi, which narrowly defeated the Mowbray Park team, representing Queensland.
