Personalities at the Auckland Racing Carnival. Some well-know patrons at Ellerslie last week. There were large attendances each day at Ellerslie last week and fine weather was enjoyed until Saturday, when rain marred the full pleasure of the day. The totalisator investments for the first three days of the meeting totalled £233,099, compared with £205,191 for the corresponding days last year
