Description

Four Sunderland Flying-Boats arrive in New Zealand after covering over 18,000 miles: Dominion Pilots command famous military aircraft on flight from England via Atlantic and Pacific. New Zealand High Commissioner Mr Jordan handing Wing Commander Baird official letters to be delivered when the flying boats arrived in New Zealand. Baird's arm was injured in an accident which almost caused him to miss the flight.
