This study seeks to understand the ‘lived’ experience of interpreters and clinicians working with clients who are refugees. Using a hermeneutic phenomenological method, informed by Heidegger [1889-1976] and Gadamer [1900-2002], this study offers insights into the experience of working through an interpreter with refugees.
