The song 'Outlook for Thursday" sung by DD Smash lead singer Dave Dobbyn was 21 weeks on the Charts and peaked at no. 3. At the New Zealand Music Awards (1983), it won Best Music Video and was voted by members of APRA (2001) as the 31st best New Zealand song of the 20th century.
