A mental health expert who discharged Gabriel Yad-Elohim three days before he is said to have killed a man has come under fire in court. Gabriel Yad-Elohim has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to murdering Michael Mulholland last September and is on trial at the High Court in Auckland.
