This poster masquerades in more ways than one - it looks like a calendar but runs between Waitangi Days 6 February 1984 to 6 February 1985. The image expresses the fear of Māori being subsumed under the mask of the dominant culture. In this case, the mask is the face of Prime Minister Robert Muldoon. 1984 was a significant year.
