Formal half length portrait of Constance Ella Bartrum (nee Lorrie) and John Arthur Bartrum with their eldest child John Wynyard Bartrum. Mounted in brown parchment folder tied with brown ribbon. Historical note: Professor John Arthur Bartrum had a distinguished career in geology, and taught at Auckland University College. He married Constance Lorrie and they settled at 7 Rewiti Avenue in Takapuna. He and Constance had four children: John Wynyard (1912-1975), Margaret Patricia (1914-1991), Ele...
