Well-dressed beachgoers walk along Takapuna Beach (labelled by the photographer as 'Lake Beach' in reference to the nearby Lake Pupuke, which at this time was known as Lake Takapuna'). Looking south from the northern end of the beach, with Onepo House first on the right.
