A Sulphur Beach, Northcote scene looking from the Nelson Avenue end towards Onepoto Stream, featuring Bailey and Lowe's Boatyard (owned by Ernest George Bailey) on the left with boats lined up on the foreshore. The largest vessel in the centre of the image is the 'Lady Eva', shortly before it was launched. (Thanks to B.
