A Sulphur Beach, Northcote scene looking from the Nelson Avenue end towards Onepoto Stream, featuring Bailey and Lowe's Boatyard (owned by Ernest George Bailey) on the left with boats lined up on the foreshore. The largest vessel in the centre of the image is the 'Lady Eva', shortly before it was launched. (Thanks to B. Bascoe for supplying the date and name of the vessel).William Price started publishing postcards in the early 1900s. In 1909-1910 he moved from Wanganui to Queen St, Northcote...
