Description

The Birkenhead Dental Clinic Carnival with the Queen, Dorothy Foley of Albany, surrounded by her attendants. Far left is Inez Cowley. A new dental clinic was required to serve the children in Birkenhead, Northcote, Birkdale, Glenfield and Albany. A Queen Carnival was held to fundraise, with Dorothy Foley from Albany elected and crowned as Queen.
