Aerial photograph of St George Street and vicinity, Papatoetoe, May 1965. This area later became known as 'Old Papatoetoe'.In the lower right-hand quartile of the photograph, Wallace Road, to the left, and Kolmar Road, to the right, intersect with St George Street. Beyond the intersection St George Street is lined with shops on both sides of the road. The prominent orange roof to the left some way along the street belongs to the Papatoetoe Town Hall.
