Aerial photograph of the concourse at the Manukau Sports Bowl, Clover Park. Manukau City Council developed the sports bowl between 1987 and 1989. It was opened in stages: the Manukau City velodrome, part of which can be seen towards the left, was officially opened on 16 September 1989; the Auckland Greyhound Racing Club's stadium and greyhound racing track (only a small part of the stadium roof can be seen in the foreground here) first came into use on 18 December 1989.
