"An historic volcanic crater in south Auckland could be filled in and turned into Manukau's equivalent of Western Springs. The landowner has asked the Manukau City Council for permission to fill in the remaining part of the Kohuora Crater near Station Rd, Papatoetoe, as soon as possible.
