Description

Kmart manager John Bell at one of the checkouts of the new Kmart store in the newly opened Hunters Plaza Shopping Centre, Great South Road, Papatoetoe. This was the third Kmart store to open in Auckland after St Lukes and Henderson. A similar photograph appeared in a 'Hunters Plaza Opening' supplement in the Saturday Courier, 12 October 1991, pp. 12-13.
