Mr Jim McArthur, public relations officer with the Circus Flying Club is congratulated on his first solo flight by Mr Kelvin Stark, managing director of Stark Aviation Ltd, October 1969. ("The Circus Flying Club was formed three months ago, but has already increased its membership from three to 30.
